Lake Constance Cycle Track & Rhine waterfall

If you visit Lake Constance, the Rhine Falls aren’t far. On this active tour on the Lake Constance Cycle Path you will cycle along the lakeshore, through picturesque towns such as Constance and Lindau, Meersburg and Bregenz. You will also follow the High Rhine to the Swiss town Schaffhausen and the Rhine Fall, which you can experience up-close on a boat tour. This tour for active cyclists can be booked in the basic or comfort category.

Day 1 Arrival in Constance
Particularly worthy of visiting are the Island of Mainau, the historic town centre and the Sea Life Centre.

Day 2 Constance - Schaffhausen, approx. 50 km/31 mi
You will first cycle along the Swiss shore of Lower Lake Constance before cycling along the bank of the romantic High Rhine.

Day 3 Schaffhausen - Radolfzell, approx. 50 km/31 mi
Excursion to the Rhine Falls, then cycle tour along the Höri peninsula and the medieval town of Stein am Rhein.

Day 4 Radolfzell - Friedrichshafen, approx. 60 km/37 mi
Tour along the Überlingen Lake, passing the pilgrimage church of Birnau and romantic Meersburg.

Day 5 Friedrichshafen - Höchst, approx. 60 km/37 mi
You pass small attractive villages and the island town of Lindau. We recommend visiting the lake stage in Bregenz.

Day 6 Höchst - Constance, approx. 55 km/34 mi
Tour through Switzerland; many lakeside cafes, places to bathe and the Saurer lorry museum.

Day 7 Departure or extended stay
The tour ends after breakfast. If you like, extend your cycle tour on Lake Constance.
